A good master programme requires committed and active participants who are enthusiastic about both their professional and their academic work. At CUNEF we pay particular attention to the selection of candidates in order to enroll the most capable students on our master programmes. With the support of the Spanish Banking Association (AEB) and through FEBEF (the Spanish Bank Foundation for Financial Studies), CUNEF offers a programme of grants and financial aid for postgraduate students to encourage and reward academic excellence and to facilitate access to the specialized postgraduate training in finance given at CUNEF.

At the present time, the following grants are available:

• Partial grants for CUNEF postgraduate candidates who have terminated their undergraduate studies at a Spanish or EU university not more than five years prior to the beginning of the master programme.
• Partial grants for CUNEF postgraduate candidates who have terminated their undergraduate studies at a Latin American university not more than five years prior to the beginning of the master programme.
• Partial grants for CUNEF executive education programmes candidates.

The partial grants  for new students in postgraduate programmes cover between 20% and 50% of the total academic fees of the programme. Grant awards take into account a candidate’s degree course GPA, the results of the entry tests and in particular the candidate’s financial and family situation.

In addition, companies and institutions which collaborate with CUNEF may offer other opportunities of financial aid. This type of aid sometimes entails a period of internship for the beneficiary or a final project oriented towards the company providing the financial aid
