The Executive Programme in International Finance is aimed at working professionals with at least 3 years experience who wish to advance their careers and consolidate their professional skills in the area of finance with special emphasis on international finance and global financial markets. The programme design gives participants a solid grounding in the fundamentals of business finance, the Spanish and international financial systems and the domestic and international capital markets. The course also covers the characteristics of different markets and types of operations to finance projects, companies and undertakings in the field of international development.
The Executive Programme in International Finance pursues the following objectives:

Participants will develop their analytical skills in risk assessment, value creation and financial decision-making from the viewpoint of efficiency and profitability demanded by the current competitive environment.

The programme also seeks to increase the managerial skills of leadership, communication, team work and motivation, which are necessary for future senior executives.

In the course of the programme participants will become familiar with decision-making processes in respect of international corporate finance through the analysis of a wide range of case studies.

The course also seeks to transmit, as an integral part of participants’ training, ethical values and principles of social commitment in the practice of good corporate governance demanded by stakeholders and society at large.

Finally, participants will present a Final Project in which they will apply their analytical skills to improve their performance and that of their own companies.
